Accreditation

Accreditation and Anointing

Teamwork Bible College for the Nations is an accredited member of Teamwork Ministries International. TMI is accredited with the Accrediting Commission International (ACI). The ACI is one of the largest non-governmental accrediting institutions in the USA. TBCI carries many affiliations such as Vision International University (VIU) and the International College of Bible Theology (ICBT). TMI is also a member of the Apostolic Council for Educational Accountability (ACEA).TeamworkBibleCollege international is authorized by the Department of Education to grant degrees in the State of Virginia USA by religious exemption.

Students who require secular accreditation are encouraged to study at schools/colleges that have such accreditation. We believe that TBCFN is mandated by God’s Word to equip the saints and make them disciples. 2 Timothy 2:15 states that we should study and show ourselves approved unto God….. We believe in the anointing of God’s Word and the Call of God on one’s life. Having accreditation is a benefit but it is not the finality for effective ministry. TBCI aligns itself with organizations that hold the same beliefs. If you are seeking education for a related field within the Christian ministry or for personal spiritual maturity, accreditation may not be necessary or required, however the Anointing and the Call from God is a requirement. Some Christian groups accept quality Christian education regardless of which accrediting institution (if any) the school is affiliated with. We exist to provide Christian education for the ministry, personal maturity and to make Disciples of Christ.

If a student desires to study for career opportunities other than the ministry or personal maturity, such as: a business administrator, engineer, lawyer, etc. then biblical studies may not qualify him/her to receive credits for that secular study. It is therefore advisable for the student to obtain the prerequisites/requirements for that career or position. Since TBCFN is not registered with Department of Education you need to ascertain whether TBCFN qualification will be accepted or not.

ORDINATION/ RECOGNITION

TBCFN is not a denomination and it does not ordain graduates for the ministry. We believe that one has to be called by God. The prerequisites for ordination may vary among church groups. A number of churches however, do accept the four year programme of Teamwork as one of its requirements for ordination. Students who have a desire to enter the full time ministry should consult their pastor of the church or their church group before enrolling with TBCFN.
